Come join Nitasha and an intimate group of women at the Chigwell Convent, for a meditative and rejuvenating retreat where we will bask in inner wisdom, solitude and personal power . The aim of this retreat is for you to discover your inner power and develop a plan to use it.

The package includes 5 morning or afternoon yoga classes, accommodation (single ensuite rooms) over 2 nights and three meals per day as well as workshops and personal consultations.

About the teacher

The workshop will be lead by Dr Nitasha Buldeo

Dr Nitasha Buldeo an Integrated Medical Practitioner, Research Scientist and Yogi. She founded  I-Yoga & Organic Apoteke and is Director of the Centre for Exceptional Human Performance. She researches human potential and delivers programs that encourage you to live exceptionally. Nitasha believes that every one of us is stiving to do the best we can. She passionately brings you educational and experiential programs. Her intention is to enable you to unlock your personal genius.

Nitasha’s yoga training began in childhood and she has been trekking into the Himalayan peaks to meet her teachers and to teach for over 25 years. Her wisdom on traditional yoga and meditation practices is immense. Her personal practice is one of dedication, perseverance and humility.

She is a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals and leads Yoga training and retreats globally.

Retreat Program:

The retreat starts on the evening of Friday 25 October 2019 at 5pm.  

6pm: Relaxing Yoga Class to let the strains of the week wash away,

7pm: Group Dinner

9pm: Yoga Nidra to set your mindset for self discovery.

Saturday 26 October 2019

7-9am: Morning Yoga Class.  

9am Group Breakfast,

11am – 1pm:  Silence, contemplation or reflection and personal consultations.

1pm Lunch

2pm: Afternoon meditation and personal consultations

5-7pm Evening Yoga Class (5-7pm),

7pm Dinner,

9pm Yoga Nidra with Hypnotherapy and deep rest.

Sunday 27 October 2019

7-9am: Morning Yoga 7-9am,

9am Breakfast,

10am – 1pm: Deep reflection, personal planning and emboding the wisdom.

1pm: Lunch

2-3pm: Afternoon of Inspiration

3-5pm: Afternoon Yoga class

The retreat ends on Sunday October 27th at 5pm.
